Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of order placement.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-4 business days (subject to availability).
- Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier service, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or operational delays.
Tracking Orders
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor your shipment status. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
Address Changes & Order Modifications
- Address changes can only be made before order dispatch. Once shipped, modifications cannot be processed.
- If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@megastro.in.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not been delivered within the estimated time frame, kindly allow an additional 2-3 business days before contacting support.
- If the order is lost in transit, we will initiate a full refund or replacement based on your preference.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence to contact@megastro.in.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available for select pin codes.
- A small additional fee may apply for COD orders.
- Orders placed using COD must be accepted upon delivery.
